WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email me to arrange a return. You have 30 days after your purchase to do a return or exchange.
The full refund will be returned once the bracelet is received. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of your refund or exchange once the bracelet is back in our possession. Please note that all shipping expenses of the return are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
If the bracelet does not fit you right, or you don't like it as much as you thought you might, I will offer an exchange if you contact me within 4 days once you've received your package. Please e-mail me at email@example.com to make the arrangements. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. Cash is accepted for LOCAL ORDERS ONLY. Please contact me directly to order if you are local and would like to pay with cash.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 2-3 days from your order date before your order is mailed. Orders will ship via USPS and delivery will depend on their current processing time. Most orders will be received within 5-7 days after they have been shipped.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place an order you will receive status emails to the email address you provided. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact us including the name on the order and we will email you the tracking information.
